I reposted my hot tub picture in celebration of the first issue of the Nain Rouge. As the story goes, my former neighbor had moved away leaving his hot tub unattendend. Back then I had quick access to a bit of R & R. I guess good fences were meant to be climbed.
Check out that first issue here and enjoy the wonderful urban poetry along with my interview of Ivan Prokopchuk as well as my creative nonfiction piece called "Good Fences."

I can see why Ivan stole the picture...we probably should have put your name on the cover over his.
I'm gonna give it a look see.
J.R. Where is your cocktail? Im heading over to Nain!
Cool, JR -- kudos on the NR ~!
Enjoyed the read. NR well done.
NR kind of resembles the "poontang
denata." Huck :]
Enjoyed reading everything. Mark Twain and other qoutes as well. MW
Delighted that your interview with me was featured in NR. And yep, it would have made an excellent cover!
But the devil is out to get me, keep me from bragging and pasting and copying the interview for other publications.
I can not raise a peek inside Nain Rouge for the life of me. Even your highlighing of the site leads me to limbo: Nuttin'.
Oh where, oh where has my interview gone?
Oh well. Tough luck, Henry Muck!
Oh my goodness. It's the famous hot tub picture! How well I remember it. Good to see you, JR! Hope all is going well for you. D
